The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations, managing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. This role acts as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and other departments, contributing to the overall success of the sales process and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and order forms.

Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases with accurate client and deal information.

Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and responding to inquiries.

Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

Assist with sales reporting, preparing dashboards and performance summaries for management.

Liaise with finance and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve issues.

Support marketing and sales campaigns by helping to manage contact lists, promotional materials, and event logistics.
