We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with approximately 2 years of experience, strong proficiency in SQL, and hands-on expertise in Power BI. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality customer data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the potential to design and set up scalable data processes as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of customer data across systems.
- Track, validate, and regularly update customer data, including updates within Salesforce.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business and sales insights.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Identify data quality issues and proactively recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
- Support the creation and setup of data processes, documentation, and basic data governance practices.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Assist in defining data standards, validation rules, and best practices for customer data management.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Mandatory to have min 1.5 - 3 years exposure as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, validation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of data quality concepts (accuracy, completeness, consistency).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into data requirements.
- Familiarity with documentation and process definition for data workflows.
- Basic understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelines.
- Exposure to Salesforce (Sales Cloud or similar) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with customer or sales data.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and grow into building scalable data processes.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.
- Strong ownership and accountability for data accuracy.
