Executive - Credit Control

This role will work with the Credit Control team and provide effective debt collection to maximise cash collection and to minimise bad debt, adhere to and maintain finance team procedures, ensuring the relevant controls are also in place and realising efficiencies wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the daily instruction of Credit Management Team Leader.
- Effectively prioritise debt collection by telephoning, email, etc.
- Ensure any set targets are achieved and investigate where not achieved.
- Monitor and control incoming communications and mailbox of designated area.
- Escalate any credit control issues promptly and efficientlyMeet departmental targets and project deadlines as and when set by the team.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of Credit Control experience and proven track record of effective debt collection by calls and emails.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in working with foreign stakeholders preferably with UK/US.Advanced knowledge in excel.
- Highly organized with ability to work on own initiative, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
